POWER announces new board member
HAILEY, Idaho (May 24, 2017) ‒ At the POWER Engineers Incorporated (POWER) Annual Shareholders Meeting on May 17, Chairman of the Board Jack Hand announced that Executive Vice President of Power Delivery Timothy Ostermeier will be joining POWER’s Board of Directors.
Ostermeier has been with POWER for more than 22 years and has been responsible for managing some of POWER’s largest and most technically complex projects. He currently serves as Chairman of POWER’s Non-Traditional Services Committee. Ostermeier is based out of POWER’s office in Boise, Idaho.
Ostermeier will replace Frank Halverson, who has been on POWER’s board since 1991. Halverson will remain in an advisory position, serving on the Board’s compensation and governance and nominations committees.
“Frank’s leadership over the past 29 years has helped guide POWER in innumerable ways, and we’re appreciative of his valuable contributions on the board,” Hand said. “We look forward to Tim stepping into this role to help oversee our company on behalf of our employees. His strategic vision will help strengthen POWER’s position in our industries.”
