Cityworks - 311 Call Center

The City of Akron needed a replacement for their aging call center software and chose to work with POWER in implementing a comprehensive Cityworks solution. This project deployed Cityworks AMS and PLL to support business processes across the entire City that were reliant on the existing Motorola 311 software. With POWER’s help, the City was able to deploy a solution in a short timeframe to a live system with no downtime.
